Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, grooming, dressing, and bathing.
- Assist with meal preparation and light household duties.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, and monitor and maintain household safety.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Continuing Care Assistant Certification (CCA) or equivalent.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
