We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grandfalls Windsor.
Job Summary:The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as burgers, sandwiches, and salads, according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player, initiative, positive attitude.
