Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Barrie. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement HR policies and programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective management of HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, leveraging HR expertise to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of success in strategic HR initiatives.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
