About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 0729886 BC LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing product recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, restocking shelves and ensuring a well-organized store environment.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and tidy store appearance.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate cash registers, process returns and exchanges, and perform other operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
