Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the culinary team in the preparation and cooking of meals, including food handling, storage, and disposal.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
