About The Curry Pot

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the culinary team in the preparation and cooking of meals, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
