Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to bend and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
  • Ability to transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. over distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Capacity to remain on feet and active for shifts lasting 8-12 hours.
  • Tolerance for varying temperatures, including cold (below -18°C) and hot (above 60°C) environments.
  • Ability to hear and respond to team members in a bustling kitchen atmosphere.
  • Proficient hand coordination for kitchen tasks, such as chopping and assembling dishes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability to work during all operational hours of the restaurant.
  • Food Handler Certification is a plus.
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace.
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting or culinary training is advantageous.
