The Sewer and Water Systems Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring the productivity and safety of the work crew and the public. As a key participant in the relationship with clients, consultants, and the company, the Foreman acts as a management liaison and a client interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safe work culture and ensure the safety of the crew and the general public.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the crew and assign tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, other departments, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and safety incidents.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute projects.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
  • Train and mentor crew members on construction best practices.

Working Conditions:

  • Work on a construction site with varying weather conditions.
  • Long hours, night, and weekend work may be required.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
