Project Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Inspector to join our team at RES. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work performed on our large-scale wind, solar, transmission, and battery storage project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed by subcontractors, including roads, foundations, turbine installation, and electrical work.
- Participate in Plan of the Day (POD) meetings and provide daily updates to the Discipline Manager.
- Complete and submit daily inspections, reports, and paperwork for site activities.
- Assist in tracking deliverables on site and ensure compliance with project design, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Lead by example to promote a safety-oriented culture and participate in JHA completion and review.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in construction or a related field, with a focus on quality assurance and inspection.
- Advanced knowledge of communication, listening skills, relationship building, and safety training.
- Intermediate knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical concepts and principles.
- Fundamental knowledge of reading drawings/blueprints and specifications, heavy equipment operation, and industry standards.
- A competitive salary range of $36.50 per hour, with a premium daily per diem paid for food, lodging, and rotational travel.
