Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, working closely with our culinary team to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our kitchen demands.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of physical activity, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. You will also be required to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime and flexible scheduling.
