Company Overview:

Become a pivotal member of the Monster Energy Company as a Reign Energy Brand Ambassador, driving our Reign Energy sampling and activation campaign in your designated area. This part-time role involves direct collaboration with the MAT Leader and engagement with the Reign Energy sub team within the regional MAT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the MAT Leader to execute Reign Energy sampling and activation strategies
  • Facilitate product trials of Reign Energy offerings
  • Effectively convey the Reign Energy brand narrative
  • Support lead generation initiatives for the Sales Division
  • Foster and enhance relationships with key accounts
  • Establish a network of influential contacts
  • Assist in sales initiatives through event sampling
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on event setup, activation, and breakdown

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reports directly to the MAT Team Leader
  • Oversee the Reign Energy segment of the MAT team
  • Assist with various tasks related to Reign Energy
  • Proactively generate product trials through guerrilla sampling techniques
  • Identify Reign Energy events and opportunities
  • Distribute promotional materials to consumers to enhance brand loyalty
  • Manage program materials and assets with care
  • Uphold brand presentation and adhere to uniform standards
  • Exhibit professionalism and outstanding communication with consumers
  • Conduct inventory, cleaning, and organization of program materials

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended durations
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must possess a clean driving record
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Availability for at least one shift per week
  • Part-time role offering up to 30 hours per week

Compensation: CAD 22.00 per hour.
