About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at AAREN MAINTENANCE SERVICES INC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Operations: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedules and tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Manage Payments: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
