About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Ten Ren Tea Co. (Ontario) Ltd. as a Visual Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs for our marketing materials, including print, audio-visual, and electronic media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Graphic Elements: Create graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, including logos, icons, and other visual materials.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production: Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians and coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Consult with Clients: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Estimate and Plan Projects: Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and plan projects accordingly.
  • Work in a Multidisciplinary Environment: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, and experience with iOS, social media, and WordPress.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, and team player skills.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a sitting position for extended periods, with a large workload and tight deadlines.
