Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Plan Projects: Determine the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate Production: Oversee all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Subcontracting and Client Management: Coordinate subcontracting activities and consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Visual Communications Expertise: Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication, developing graphic elements that meet client objectives.
  • Establish Guidelines and Standards: Develop and maintain guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency in visual communications.
  • Prepare Visual Materials: Create sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, utilizing existing photo and illustration banks, and typography guides.
  • Work Environment: Work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment, with a standard 35-40 hour workweek.
