Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you'll play a critical role in driving store success and developing your team members. You'll make important decisions that impact business results and continuously empower your team to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Make informed decisions that drive business results and improve store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
