About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team at Kal Tire's Dartmouth store. This role offers a unique opportunity to align with your passions for people development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage administrative duties, including payables, cash reports, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business plans and ensure completion of supporting activities.
  • Operate with confidence and sound judgment under pressure, prioritizing effectively to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial/supervisory roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of budget and inventory management.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
