Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Richmond Pallet Picker Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
