Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular risk evaluations to identify potential threats to the financial and operational stability of the organization.
- Examine data to uncover patterns and trends that may indicate future risks.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to devise and execute risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare risk management and post-event analysis reports for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in the fintech sector, and regulatory changes that may affect the company's risk profile.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the creation of risk models for new products and services.
- 1-3 years of experience in risk management, ideally within the fintech or banking sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial principles and risk management methodologies.
- Familiarity with fintech industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Proficient in risk assessment and predictive analytics software.

- Experience with fraud detection tools such as CRM, transaction monitoring, and device intelligence.
- Previous involvement in a startup during its early stages and experience in fast-paced settings.
