Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and action all employee and client schedules to ensure seamless coverage and efficient operations.
  • Generate call lists and open shift lists to fulfill coverage requirements and communicate with respective groups, clients, and site leaderships.
  • Record and track statistics to ensure all casual employees are actively working and maintain accurate records of inactive employees and employee availabilities.
  • Understand and comply with full compliance requirements and priority coverages for each site.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English to provide clear and concise directions.
  • Confident and composed under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate high customer service skills.
  • Previous scheduling and security experience is an asset.
