Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our Atlantic Operations team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and actioning all employee and client schedules, ensuring seamless coverage and communication with respective groups, clients, and site leaderships in the Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate call lists and open shift lists to fulfill coverage requirements
  • Communicate with employees, clients, and site leaderships to ensure schedule accuracy and compliance
  • Record and track statistics, ensuring all casual employees are actively working
  • Maintain inactive employee records and employee availabilities
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills for clear communication
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure in emergency situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team setting
  • Scheduling and security experience is an asset
