Dry Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Clark West Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of our equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with special needs and ensuring their dry cleaning requirements are met.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, such as equipment failures or spills, and take prompt action to resolve the issue.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and results.
- Specialty Items: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, requiring specialized care and attention.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal operations.
- Productivity and Quality: Identify and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, providing technical advice and guidance to staff as needed.
- Mechanical Equipment: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Staff Training: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our dry cleaning services.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
