Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at The Healthy Crunch Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food processing plant, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management
    • Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to our quality and safety standards.
    • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands.
    • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards.
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent defects and contamination.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demands.
    • Implement inventory control procedures to prevent overstocking and understocking.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
    • Provide regular updates on production progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Work Environment

The Healthy Crunch Company is a dynamic and fast-paced food processing plant. As a Production Supervisor, you will be working in a cold/refrigerated environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. You will be required to work overtime as needed.
