Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project documentation (such as kick-off meetings, road maps, status updates, RAID logs, steering committees, and gap analyses) to ensure a robust control framework.
- Manage the engagement and implementation of vendor solutions on a global scale, collaborating with compliance managers to establish new processes.
- Coordinate with both global and regional teams to lead changes and best practices, while conducting assessments to identify gaps and drive projects to address them.
- Ensure effective collaboration and engagement with compliance and other cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in requirements gathering and drafting of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) as necessary, and design efficient workflow tools.
- Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and provide solutions and recommendations for various projects.
- Assist in preparing project update presentations for senior management, ensuring all documentation such as meeting minutes and action items are detailed and distributed promptly.
- Engage in internal and external programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and other relevant subjects as part of daily responsibilities.
- Perform general administrative tasks and other ancillary activities as required in line with the business needs of the organization.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 6 years of experience in project management within a financial institution or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of compliance areas and vendor solutions.
- PMP certification is required; PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Experience working directly with independent compliance monitors or financial regulators is preferred.
- Ability to communicate proactively and assertively with project stakeholders as needed.
- Capable of navigating through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on action-oriented outcomes and high standards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
