Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 4-year university degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Valid Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, including multiple contracts, stakeholders, and scope changes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the energy industry, specifically in power generation or heavy industry.
  • Familiarity with equipment and processes in generating stations or similar heavy industry.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracting methods, contract management, construction methods, codes, and standards.
  • Experience in managing conflicting priorities of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
