Utilize your expertise as an Industrial Mechanic within our Lachute facility:

  • Oversee preventive maintenance activities
  • Implement improvements for reliability and productivity on machinery
  • Safely work at heights using appropriate scaffolding and tools
  • Handle heavy materials and equipment with care
  • Produce high-quality work on various machine tools with different materials
  • Interpret and understand mechanical assembly schematics
  • Fabricate components such as guards and boxes
  • Conduct TIG and MIG welding tasks as required
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Your Qualifications Matter

  • Completion of a vocational diploma in industrial mechanics or electromechanics
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
  • Possession of standard trade tools
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule
