About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Technician to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our recreational products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to design and develop new electrical systems and components.
  • Support the workshop in the assembly and testing of prototype vehicles and products.
  • Monitor the development of prototype parts and components under your responsibility.
  • Analyze technical problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Transfer knowledge to other BRP teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prepare reports on test data.
  • Participate in investigative trials and propose recommendations.
  • Support the engineering team in the development of electrical systems and components.
Requirements
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in electronics/electrics or equivalent.
  • Specific knowledge of electrical systems design and development.
  • Resourceful and self-reliant with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for BRP recreational products and a commitment to innovation.
