About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Club Operations Manager to join our team at Club 1 Studios Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services that meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement fitness programs and services that cater to diverse member needs, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 1-2 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the club.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and manage professional coaches and athletes to enhance our services.
  • Communication: Provide technical and professional advice to members, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
