Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Club Manager to join our team at Club 1 Studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and manage fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical and professional advice to our team members, including recruiting and managing professional coaches and athletes.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our club.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
