About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobile Paradise. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
