Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Treehouse Toys. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
