Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Supervise the preparation and serving of food to ensure that it meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting
    • Relocation costs covered by employer.
    • Willing to relocate.
