Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our menu and customer demand.
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food, supplies, and labor.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Develop and implement processes to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Basic math skills and ability to manage budgets.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
