Position Overview...
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by executing tasks related to the receipt and distribution of products to the sales area. This will involve unloading shipments, moving pallets to the sales floor, and aiding in the organization of products in a safe and tidy environment. The Associate will collaborate with the team to effectively plan and carry out responsibilities based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities...

  1. Preparing the sales area for opening
  2. Arranging, merchandising, and labeling promotional displays
  3. Conducting live unloading of various merchandise
  4. Distinguishing this role from daytime/evening fulfillment by focusing more on labeling and organizing products in the backroom storage
  5. Transporting pallets of products to and from the sales area for overnight processing
  6. Assisting in stocking the sales area as required and providing customer support when needed
  7. Labeling the sales area for opening
  8. Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
