Your Role as a Sales Associate

As a Pet Care Specialist, you'll be part of a team of passionate experts who guide customers and provide exceptional service. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience and find the perfect products for their pets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers with product selection and answer inquiries about pet care.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stocked retail environment, ensuring shelves are fully replenished and displays are appealing.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and organizing inventory.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with stocking and handling merchandise.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
