Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Active Road Side Service. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes, while also providing technical guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
