Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Active Road Side Service. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and submit reports, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, and co-ordinate, assign and review work.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large caseload.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week, with a language of work in English.
