About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile banking application on the Android platform. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our mobile banking application on the Android platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and QA, to ensure that our mobile application meets the needs of our customers.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Android platform, including its latest features and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment.
