Job Title: Office Equipment Service Technician

Cornwall Business Machines Inc. is seeking a skilled Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As an Office Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of office equipment, including photocopiers, printers, and other electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to determine the cause of the problem
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on office equipment, including photocopiers, printers, and other electronic devices
  • Test and adjust repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the repair and maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in office equipment repair and maintenance
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required
