Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for filling orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place gloves on hand forms on the dip line machine, requiring hands and wrists dexterity
  • Verify orders and ensure accurate labeling
  • Pack orders accurately, conduct quality checks, and sort gloves
  • Communicate quality issues as they arise
  • Utilize vend-pak machine and paper banding machine for individual packaging and/or pack gloves in bags by the dozen with accuracy
  • Sew and serge labels, seams, and other required product finishes
  • Logo stamping and silk screening
  • Glue material components
  • May require work in the clean room, wearing regulated attire as required
  • Responsible for general upkeep of each workstation, ensuring cleanliness for the next person on rotation
  • Comply with company policies and follow safety practices and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Good communication skills with the ability to follow oral and written instruction
  • Attention to detail to follow quality standards and meet customer packing requirements
  • Basic math skills to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability with hand and wrist motion, to sort, place gloves on hand forms, use stamping and packing machinery and equipment
  • Ability to use a sewing machine is considered an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
