Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Brillio Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to support operational activities
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination principles and practices
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
