Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership

  • Production and Service
    • Participate in the production and service of high-quality food products, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation and taste.
    • Collaborate with the Chef to plan and execute menu development, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food products meet high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and memorable experience.

  • Inventory and Cost Control
    • Assist the Chef in managing inventory, ordering, and controlling kitchen-related costs.

Requirements

  • Education and Certification
    • Food Safe Certification.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Previous leadership experience in a culinary or food service environment.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
