- Accurately measure completed work and maintain records of quantities.
- Evaluate additional work requirements and address any discrepancies.
- Draft site memos addressing non-compliance issues.
- Keep updated annotated plans reflecting project changes.
- Enhance communication between project engineers and contractors.
- Ensure proper usage of specified materials by contractors.
- Assist in the final inspection process and compile a list of deficiencies.
Qualifications:
- DEC in civil or electrical engineering technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project oversight.
- Fluency in spoken and written French is essential.
- Possession of an ASP construction safety card.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
Work Conditions:
- Standard workweek of 40 hours.
