Network Support Technician Role

  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage networks, mainframes, and computer workstations
  • Assess and implement hardware and software solutions
  • Deliver problem-solving assistance to network users
  • Establish security protocols
  • Conduct data backups and disaster recovery processes
  • Configure local area networks and Internet connections
  • Manage technical personnelSupervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 1-10 individualsTechnical Proficiency:
  • Knowledge of networking software and hardware
  • Familiarity with Intranet and Internet systems
  • Proficient in desktop applications
  • Understanding of security and communication software
  • Skilled in MS Office and Windows environmentsSecurity Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance is necessaryTravel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel frequentlyWork Conditions:
