Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at RELIANCE LOGISTICS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on a regular basis to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
