Position Overview

The Marketing Project Manager at Trulife Developments Inc. will play a crucial role in overseeing various marketing initiatives within the real estate sector. This permanent position requires a dedicated professional who can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Development: Plan and execute diverse events aimed at publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination.
  • Strategy Formulation: Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies tailored to the company's objectives.
  • Policy Development: Establish and refine policies to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Evaluation: Assess the impact of communication strategies and programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Public Relations: Oversee the creation of public written materials, including reports and website content.
  • Content Creation: Prepare and edit various written materials such as speeches, presentations, and press releases.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on advertising and promotional strategies to clients.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain productive relationships with media representatives.
  • Marketing Analysis: Conduct analytical studies to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing efforts, including e-commerce and website promotions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role includes supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, including contractors and working groups, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a College/CEGEP program.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and project management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
