Job SummaryAs the Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding cross-departmental teams and ensuring the effective execution of diverse marketing initiatives and program launches. Your strategic vision and organizational skills will be crucial in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting established goals. You will act as a vital link between teams, offering leadership, support, and innovative ideas to reach ambitious marketing targets.Key Responsibilities● Direct staff and marketing teams in the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies (including paid, digital, organic, email, social media, partnerships, and program launches)● Develop, plan, and oversee budgets for projects of varying scales● Serve as the main point of contact between teams, providing overarching support ● Contribute knowledgeable creative insights to all marketing efforts● Manage timelines for program releases and ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding deliverables, delegating tasks as necessary● Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines● Track project advancement and keep stakeholders updated on progress● Assist in revitalizing projects that are facing challenges and mentor junior staff members● Organize projects and establish efficient workflows● Support event-driven marketing activities and in-person engagements● Accountable for setting and achieving individual and departmental Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). What you bring to Toronto Film School (Qualifications)● Post-secondary education in a relevant field. ● A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.● Strong verbal and written communication abilities.● A collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently.
