Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a recycling collection vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Load curbside materials into the truck, adhering to company guidelines and regulations
  • Conduct pre and post-trip inspections, completing Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports as required
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with residents and responding to inquiries
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario DZ driver's license with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR
  • Minimum one-year experience driving with a DZ license or an AZ graduate from an accredited driving school
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
  • Able to pass a background check, including an MTO medical/drug test, criminal history search, license verification, and employment confirmation
