Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Cook Trade Certification.
As a Pastry Chef at REDGANACHE, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to have strong attention to detail, be able to work repetitive tasks, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
