Position Overview

The role of the **Food Services Supervisor** is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service. This position involves overseeing staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of **3-4 individuals**.
