About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Laborer to join our team at A&G Blueberry Farms. As a key member of our farm crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our blueberry harvest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the peak of freshness and quality.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Disease Detection: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease and ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market to ensure we meet the highest standards of quality.
Work Environment

As an Agricultural Laborer at A&G Blueberry Farms, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on physical labor. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
